Confused about Kits?
KITS VS COMBOS
After discussions with several of my customers, I realize that what most people expect when a "kit" is advertised, is a complete set of beads, findings, focals and instructions. I have a few like this, such as Kit 104 - my original design for a Water Lily Necklace, my kits for beaded cabs and my mini angel kits. However, when I am selling a combo, mix or collection of beads/findings without directions, it is misleading to call these "kits". So I'm trying to reform my errant ways and will try to remember to make that distinction in the future. However, JustBeads does not allow you to change titles of re-listed auctions, so the existing offerings will still be called "kits". Just read the descriptions thoroughly because they tell you what all is included in each listing. And hopefully, I'll get time to update my website soon. So my apologies for any confusion.
Stringing along...
Also most of the time I string the beads in my offerings so they'll be easier to scan. You may like the ideas I come up with and want to continue the design I start, or just do whatever you wish with them. A few quick snips of thread will liberate them to do your will!

From time to time I do offer PS™ Kits, in which I've actually started the necklace for you, and left lots of thread so that you can continue the design, finish off the clasp, and voilá, you are done! These will be clearly marked in the product title and description.

Bead Tips
Even though my combos, mixes, collections, etc. do NOT have instructions, I do offer some bead guidance on my site. And I'd be happy to correspond by email to help you get your project going! See the links below:

The main thing is to have fun! Don't get too hung up on instructions anyway, sometimes the best jewelry happens by accident! :)
